Tips On Growing Your Hair Out Longer Naturally In 2022 !
We saw that longer hairstyles are in the trend of 2022 for men , we all want to achieve our desired hair length faster , so we might be wondering if there is anything you can do to make your hair grow faster . Do any products help ? Do changing your dietary plan will do the trick ?
In this article we will help you out on some easy small tricks and tips on how to make your hair grow naturally faster .
Note : I am not professional doctor or advisor , these are the tips that I have used on my hair to make it grow faster .
#1 Have a well balanced diet
'' What we eat is what we are '' . If we ate a diet that is full of junk food , you are not going to see your body in its full potential , This tip not only improve your hair but your muscles , improve your cognitive ability etc, Make sure you eat more green veggies , red meats , eggs , avocado , beans , banana and try to avoid eating junk food every day , Also drink a lot of water , make sure your body is always hydrated .
We tend to be aggressive when we dry our wet hair , When our hair is wet , it is in its most delicate state which it can lead to breakage when we aggressively dry our hair ,
Pro tip : Use a old cotton T shirt when you dry your hair , it is soft wont lead to breakage in your hair.

#3 Exercise and Sleep
Exercise have many benefits , it helps your skin , hair , nails , cognitive abilities etc . Each hair follicle must receive nutrients and oxygen from our body , exercising helps our hair grows faster because it increases blood flow and circulation throughout your body , An increase in blood flow means increase in nutrients to scalp .
If I say a there is something that can increase every part of your life it will be sleeping , not only sleeping recover your muscles and improve neuro brain connection but also your growth of your hair . The way that sleeps effects your body's natural hormone is probably the most important part of preventing hair loss . Your body produce hormone called melatonin . this hormone helps to regulate your sleep cycle and it have been shown to increase your hairs natural growth .
#4 Use hair mask / Essential oils
Using of hair mask should be in your hair routine , hair mask or essential oils helps to repair the damaged hair and also make your hair soft , There are many types of hair oil and hair mask available , personally I use coconut oil as a hair mask , it has an oxidising property in your scalp which increase the blood circulation of your scalp which in turn increase the hair growth .
Pro tip : When applying hair oil , make sure you use your fingertips to massage the scalp , which increase the blood circulation of your scalp which in turn increase your hair growth .
#5 Make a hair routine
This is the most underrated tip in this whole article , making a specific day for using shampoo , a specific day for using hair mask etc , will make your scalp to perform in its best because our scalp is smart , it knows when to produce its natural oil but if you confuse it , when you are using shampoo without a specific day , it dosent know when to produce the natural oils , in some cases it dosent even produce any .
#6 Shampoo your hair less
While we use shampoo we remove our hairs natural oils which helps to grow our hair , Yes we should shampoo when our hair feels overly greasy or sweaty , most of the dirt in our hair can be removed when we wash our hair only using water . If you are using shampoo daily start using it every other day or start experimenting with your hair to see after using shampoo , wait for the day in which you feels your hair is overly greesy , that is when you shampoo your hair .
